Clinical Nurse
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Possession of or substantial progression towards a Graduate Certificate in Child and Adolescent Health Nursing through an accredited educational institution.
* Understanding of the Principles of Primary Health Care and its application to practice.
* Effective interpersonal written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate across a diverse spectrum of the population.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of cultural issues and social determinants, particularly relating to Aboriginal and culturally linguistically diverse communities in regional areas.
* Position Profile: Promotes the health and wellbeing of children, families, and specific community groups using a range of health promotion, health surveillance, and early intervention strategies that are based on the principles of Primary Health Care and service priorities.
