About the position:
We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a passionate, motivated and experienced New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our Toyota Bathurst team. To succeed in this exciting role you will be a driven self‑starter able to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support.
What the role entails:
* Customer Engagement & Enquiries: Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally and actively prospecting for new clients to expand the customer base.
* Lead Management & Follow‑Up: Establishing and maintaining a structured follow‑up system to nurture leads, encourage repeat business, and drive customer retention.
* Sales & Target Achievement: Maximizing every sales opportunity by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales volume and profitability goals.
* Product Knowledge & Promotion: Staying updated on the latest product features, benefits, and updates across various models or series, enabling confident and informed communication with customers.
