ForBranch Manager applicants: minimum 3 years' experience in a similar operational management role

Proven ability to performance manage staff or contractors
Demonstrated team leadership experience is essential for this position
Strong client relationship and service delivery experience
Minimum 1-2 years of client relationship experience is required

WORKING WEEK:
This is a salaried role based on a standard 38-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with reasonable overtime up to 45 hours when required. Occasionally, hours beyond 45 per week will be paid according to our standard arrangements.
As Steamatic operates within the emergency services sector, there may be times, particularly during major events such as floods, fires, or storms, where additional hours are necessary. When this happens, all additional hours will be recognised and compensated in line with our employment conditions.
