Job Opportunity: Culinary Professional
We are seeking a skilled culinary professional to join our team in Akooramak Care, Warwick, QLD.
The ideal candidate will work 8 hour shifts between 9:30am-5:30pm across Monday-Sunday and be responsible for preparing, cooking and serving meals in line with established procedures.
* Apply Catering Control Principles, focusing on food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning practices.
* Maintain accurate Food Safety Documents and implement effective stock control and rotation systems.
* Provide exceptional Customer Service and communication skills, ensuring a positive experience for clients and colleagues alike.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated knowledge of Food Hygiene and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) protocols.
* Excellent Time Management, organisational and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
* Strong commitment to driving a positive and sustainable Health and Safety Culture.
* Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery, such as a Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery.
* National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
