We're after a people-first, detail-obsessed Service Advisor who can juggle bookings, parts, customers and communication like it's second nature, because for you, it is.

* A pro communicator with amazing customer service who genuinely enjoys helping people

* Knows that clean, precise and proactive is the standard
* Has a Manual Driver's Licence
* Highly Regarded: Experience with ag machinery, workshop software, parts ordering, customer service and sales

What You'll Be Doing

* Greet customers, manage bookings and follow through without fail
* Handle quoting, invoicing and parts - and make sure every job keeps moving
* Keep communication sharp across the team – tradesman, suppliers and management included
* Keep the system tight: parts, payments, paperwork and POs
* Deliver service that makes customers say, "I'm never going anywhere else"
* Keep your space and your standards - clean, clear and high
