Rehabilitation Specialist Role

The Rehabilitation Specialist will provide holistic support to clients through case management, rehabilitation service coordination, workplace assessments, and return-to-work pathway facilitation.
Key responsibilities include delivering quality early intervention strategies; developing personalized rehabilitation plans; presenting case information to stakeholders; providing recommendations/solutions; identifying potential return-to-work pathways;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Clinical experience in injury management;
* Strong problem-solving skills;
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
