 
        
        We are looking for an experienced Chef to join the growing kitchen team at Marsden Brewhouse in Sydney's Northwest.
Applicants must have strong experience in busy kitchens, be capable with fast-paced, high-volume service, take pride in food presentation, and be effective in a busy team environment.
Key Requirements:
 * Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
 * Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule, and assess staff's performance
 * Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
 * Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
 * Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers
 * Hard working and organized, team player with positive attitude
 * Ability to manage your own sections and deliver a consistently high standard of food throughout service
 * Take pride in food presentation, always ensuring top quality
 * Good communication skills (verbal and written)
 * Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge, and practices
 * Availability for rotating roster across Mon to Sun
 * Job will require approx. 38 hrs per week
