We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team in Cannon Hill. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Utilise various forms of communication, including phone, email and in-person interactions, to respond to customer enquiries.
* Coordinate the day-to-day scheduling of staff to cover unplanned changes in employee availability.
* Conduct regular reviews to ensure that rosters are consistently aligned with the organisation's key performance indicators.
* Ensure that rosters accurately align with client plans and funding.
* Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the department.
Requirements:
* Certificate III/IV in Business Administration or previous experience in a customer/client-focused role.
* Experience coordinating rostering/scheduling services in a large multi-faceted organisation.
* Proven experience in a customer service role, managing competing priorities and completing tasks within critical timelines.
* Demonstrated high-level verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment and build collaborative relationships with customers and colleagues.
