Role Overview
The role aims to grow Apple product and services within partner stores, by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations to customers, training partner staff, and ensuring all merchandising standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apple's entire product and service ecosystem within their store environment.
- Speak directly to customers, providing them with the knowledge and value needed to make informed choices that best suit their needs.
- Educate and empower store staff to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio, deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and build a team of Apple brand advocates.
- Increase sales and provide outstanding customer service while delivering individual and group product demonstrations and helping customers set up their new Apple products.
- Ensure Apple's fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
Work Schedule
- Full‐time – 38 hours weekly, Wednesday to Sunday (inclusive of Saturday and Sunday) – based in Homebush.
- Part‐time – approximately 29 hours weekly, Thursday to Sunday (inclusive of Saturday and Sunday) – based in Wollongong.
Minimum Qualifications
- For full‐timers, availability to work on a regular schedule of Wednesday to Sunday and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
- For part‐timers, availability to work on a regular schedule of Thursday to Sunday and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
