Sales - Community Specialist – Multi Locations in NSW (Full‐time / Part‐time)

Homebush, New South Wales, Australia – Sales and Business Development

Role Overview

The role aims to grow Apple product and services within partner stores, by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations to customers, training partner staff, and ensuring all merchandising standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apple's entire product and service ecosystem within their store environment.
  • Speak directly to customers, providing them with the knowledge and value needed to make informed choices that best suit their needs.
  • Educate and empower store staff to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio, deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and build a team of Apple brand advocates.
  • Increase sales and provide outstanding customer service while delivering individual and group product demonstrations and helping customers set up their new Apple products.
  • Ensure Apple's fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.

Work Schedule

  • Full‐time – 38 hours weekly, Wednesday to Sunday (inclusive of Saturday and Sunday) – based in Homebush.
  • Part‐time – approximately 29 hours weekly, Thursday to Sunday (inclusive of Saturday and Sunday) – based in Wollongong.

Minimum Qualifications

  • For full‐timers, availability to work on a regular schedule of Wednesday to Sunday and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
  • For part‐timers, availability to work on a regular schedule of Thursday to Sunday and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Show a deep understanding of customers' and partners' business needs, challenges, and concerns.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, actively listening and discussing possibilities with customers and teammates.
  • Be quick on your feet, able to connect and influence the right people inside and outside of Apple; trusted and comfortable in challenging situations.
  • Maintain the highest integrity, honesty, and accountability in all daily activities.
  • Be open to feedback and able to relate well to all kinds of people.
  • Know who to connect with and when when faced with an exciting opportunity, acting as a true collaborator to win.
  • Empower others to learn, be curious, and share passion for the Apple Story.
  • Strive for excellence in everything with a 'don't give up' attitude, especially when facing resistance or setbacks.
