About Our Role
The Project Coordinator is a critical position responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operational performance of our Client Portfolio. This role has a strong focus on revenue and margin results as well as quote success activity.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Managing small-to-medium repair projects with consistent and accurate administration
* Organising and scheduling appropriate trades, technicians and estimators
* Cost management through the claims lifecycle, including handling trade invoices and invoicing
* Ensuring efficient communication and regular updates with all stakeholders
* Collating photos and documents for timely submission of reports and quotations
Desired Skills & Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with similar experience in domestic and commercial construction projects, particularly in the insurance building industry. Essential skills include:
* Excellent time-management and prioritisation skills
* A willingness to learn and be part of an agile team environment
* Strong administrative, written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail
* An understanding of relevant building codes, Australian standards and state legislation
* A track record of establishing and maintaining long-term client and trade relationships
