Overview
Psychologist at Bupa Mindplace. This is a patient-facing clinical role where you will see Bupa customers and others who wish to utilise Bupa services. This position offers the prospect to drive meaningful change and innovate new ways to support mental health journeys throughout Australia.
Locations will include:
- Expansion in NSW
- Expansion in Victoria
- Queensland - Brisbane, Gold Coast and Far North QLD
- Western Australia
- South Australia
- ACT
- Northern Territory
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence-based therapies
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and patient needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans
- Build and sustain collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers to strengthen patient referral networks and support practice growth
- Coordinate with external providers to fulfil service requests within an established procedural framework
These are permanent positions that can adapt to your current schedule, from 2 – 5 days per week. Flexible options, including half-days, can be discussed.

About you / Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or a Master’s/Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
- General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, with Clinical Psychology endorsement and substantial experience in mental health care
- 5+ years of recent clinical experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced clinical expertise in mental health services
- Experience delivering high-quality care and fostering innovation in service delivery
