In the role of Advisor (People) you will work with the People and Procurement teams to deliver the full range of best-practice operational HR, procurement and workplace health and safety functions across QRA. This role is part of the People and Procurement team of six positions and reports to the Manager (People).In this role you will:
- Undertake scheduled and ad-hoc workforce reporting and forecasting using PowerBI, Excel and Human Resource systems.
- Develop, maintain and regularly update databases and registers related to the QRA establishment, including full-time equivalent (FTE) and contractor figures.
- Quality check documents, forms and information relating to human resource management activities.
- Support best-practice establishment management including maintaining accurate human resource management information systems and recordkeeping practices (including Content Manager and Aurion).
- Establish and foster collaborative working relationships across QRA and with external stakeholders as appropriate.
- Contribute to the development of reports and briefing notes regarding workforce initiatives.
- Support the Manager and Director with regards to the development, improvement, implementation and review of practices and procedures.
- Assist with the facilitation of forums, workshops, information sessions and training.
While there are no mandatory requirements for this role, the following would be considered highly desirable:
- Previous experience in an operational/generalist human resources/people focussed role.
