Job Title: Strategic HR Manager
A key opportunity exists to join our school as a strategic HR manager.
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating daily relief staffing, managing employee absences and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Key aspects of the role include:
1. Coordinating the daily relief staffing schedule;
2. Managing employee absences and leaves;
3. Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures;
4. Providing administrative support to the leadership team;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High level of administrative skills including ability to operate various computer programs, databases and records management systems;
* Willingness to learn or demonstrated skills in staffing coordination and administration;
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Eligibility/Other Requirements:
Demonstrated high level of administrative skills, willingness to learn and strong communication skills. A current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required.
