Job Description
Develop and deepen advice-led relationships with small businesses by providing comprehensive financial solutions.
* Directs sales initiatives and delivers effective strategies to achieve goals for revenue, loans, deposits, and overall profitability.
* Identifies and develops small business credit opportunities (generally up to $1 million).
* Contacts prospective, existing, and assigned clients to develop relationships and new business opportunities.
* Coordinates with clients and internal partners to facilitate the credit process.
* Ensures the application of regulation, bank policies, procedures, and operational integrity.
Qualifications Summary
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics preferred.
* Minimum of five years of experience in a financial institution. Must have prior business banking experience and be familiar with business life cycles.
* Proven success in sales and sales management.
* Ability to effectively collaborate with specialists through the origination, onboarding, and servicing of small business loans.
