AI Star is seeking an experienced System analyst to join the team full-time. To apply for this position, you need to have a minimum of 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Coordinating with different stakeholders, including business departments, developers, testers, and clients, to ensure the timely completion of projects
Communicating with clients, business teams, or end-users to gather and document system requirements
Analyzing existing systems to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
Designing system models, diagrams, and documentation to communicate technical concepts to the development team
Planning the architecture, processes, and functionalities of information systems based on requirements analysis
Participating in the selection of appropriate software and hardware to meet system requirements
Writing detailed technical documentation, system specifications, and user manuals for the development team and end-users
Ensuring that the developed system aligns with requirements
Providing technical support post-implementation
Tracking project progress to ensure timely delivery within budget and constraints
Addressing technical and business challenges during system analysis, design, and implementation phases
Proposing innovative solutions and technical approaches
Gathering and handling client feedback to optimize system features and functionality
As a qualified candidate, we hope you:
At least 1 year relevant experience
Bachelor's degree or higher with ICT Major
Ability to work as a part of team
Excellent knowledge of ICT
