Job Details
* Permanent Full Time
* Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm roster
* Competitive base salary
Responsibilities
* Address customer needs in person, by phone, and email
* Generate hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
* Coordinate equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, breakdowns, portable toilet pump runs
* Assist with occasional yard duties, including supporting customers and colleagues with loading, unloading, and equipment movements
* Liaise with suppliers to support customers

Qualifications
* Previous face-to-face customer service experience
* A desire to provide amazing customer experience
* General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Capability to learn and absorb technical information
