Junior Sous Chef Position at Bridge Hotel Werribee Bridge Hotel Werribee is looking for a skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef – (with Grill Chef experience ideal) to join our high-performing kitchen team. This role requires a minimum of four years' experience in a similar position, with strong proficiency in grill work and the ability to handle high-volume services with confidence and consistency.
Operating seven days a week for lunch and dinner, we need a chef who thrives under pressure, maintains high standards, and brings a level of professionalism and maturity to the team. This position also includes occasional service supervision, making leadership qualities an essential part of the role.
