We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional resident care. As a per-diem caregiver, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families while working in a supportive and inclusive environment.
About the Role:
* This is a part-time position requiring flexible scheduling Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional Saturday shifts from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality personalized care to our residents while working collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team. Your clinical expertise and compassion will enable you to create lasting connections with residents and their loved ones, promoting optimal well-being and quality of life.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in gerontological nursing or related field
* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with residents, family members, and healthcare staff
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of patient-centered care
