About Your New Job As the company embarks on a significant growth phase, we are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join this dynamic and rapidly expanding organization: •Recruitment: Assist in creating job descriptions and specifications, posting job advertisements, conducting initial screenings, and more. •Employee Relations: Serve as a key contact for employees on HR policies and procedures, support conflict resolution, and provide guidance as needed. •Performance Management: Support the development and implementation of appraisals, help managers set performance goals, provide feedback, conduct evaluations, and manage exit interviews. •HR Administration: Maintain HR records in ELMO (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review, and administer employee benefits while managing related queries. •Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and workshops, and support career development initiatives. •Additional Responsibilities: Contribute to compliance and policy development, health and safety initiatives, HR projects, and more. About You •Bachelor's Degree or similar in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. •Prior experience as an HR Officer or in a similar role. •Familiarity with the HRIS ELMO is essential. •Experience in a greenfield, startup, or new business environment is advantageous. •Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, contributing to the organization’s goals and green initiatives.
