This is a great opportunity for retail brand managers to take ownership of 2 homeware brands, including a household name.
You'll join a lovely and high-performing team: I've recruited 3 people on the team, including the hiring manager. They're a well-established wholesaler that has recently gone through a DTC transformation. It's a full-time, permanent role in the western suburbs of Melbourne, offering $110-120k + Super.
Requirements:
* Brand Marketing experience in retail or FMCG with a focus on digital is essential
* Strategic skills to help drive the growth of 2 brands and position them for success on digital and social channels
* Hands-on skills to create and execute end-to-end brand marketing campaigns
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are needed in a hectic family-owned business
* Leadership skills to manage and mentor a social media direct report
* High attention to detail, proactive and keen to take ownership of your brands
* An interest or passion for the homewares and lifestyle category is ideal
