**Role Overview**
Due to internal progression, our client is seeking a Property Administrator to join the team. This is a wide-ranging role, and perfect for someone who is passionate about administration and wanting to get into the Property field.
**Key Responsibilities**
- General ad-hoc administration/research tasks
- Act as a middle person between the Property Research team and Credit department
- Effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Requesting valuation quotes, instructions and reassignments
- Ensuring valuation reports are delivered in a timely manner
- Preparing concise summaries and reports for higher management
- Presenting market research and analysis
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a support administration role
- Property-related tertiary qualification or certification
- Experience in property valuation is highly advantageous
- The ability and confidence to liaise with external stakeholders and build rapport
- Time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal
