* Reviewing contract and specification to develop methodology and staffing requirements to meet or exceed contracted requirements.
* Ensuring equipment and materials are delivered at specified times to conform to work schedule and contract requirements.
Essential qualities and qualifications include:
* Tertiary education in mechanical engineering or a related trade.
* Strong leadership abilities to inspire and lead their team effectively.
* Adaptability and problem-solving skills to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Additional qualifications include:
* A current drivers licence.
* Hold an OHS White Card.
* Previous experience on a mine site is desirable.
