Job Title:
Office Administrator
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Office Administrator to work within our team.
This is a permanent position, located in our national HQ servicing our national team of 60+ employees.
Our team works to deliver employees and employers a safe and durable return to work plan under various insurance schemes. If you are passionate about fostering a healthy work environment and helping individuals thrive, this opportunity is for you
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing incredible communication and customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
- Overseeing the general administration inboxes and Administration Portal
- Processing referrals
- Using Excel to complete weekly reporting requirements
- Driving new initiatives and work practices
Requirements:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to attend to incoming queries, issues and to effectively deal with the needs of clients as they arise
