An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Credit Controller to join our established national finance team.
This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, highly organised, and passionate about delivering strong collection outcomes while maintaining positive client relationships.
Responsibilities
* Conducting debt collection activities while building and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Processing banking, reconciliations, allocations, and receipting
* Investigating and resolving unreconciled payments
* Handling customer enquiries, investigations, and dispute resolution
* Maintaining and updating customer accounts
* Analysing data and preparing reports
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Credit Officer or Credit Controller
* A genuine passion for collections and customer service
* Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach
* The ability to work effectively within a team environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
As part of our recruitment process, we require a National Police Clearance, pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen amongst other verification requirements.
