About the RoleAs our Knitwear Assistant, you'll support the Knitwear Manager in managing the design process from initial concept through to final production.
You'll collaborate closely with our internal design teams and external suppliers, preparing technical packs and ensuring samples and production meet our exacting standards.What You'll Do (and Love)Support the development of technical packs including working drawings, specification sheets, yarns, stitch, and construction guidelines.Liaise with suppliers to ensure samples meet critical path milestones and production deadlines.Attend fit sessions, provide clear instructions to factories, and ensure samples are measured and quality-controlled throughout production.Assist with style descriptions for our online store and support the team with ad-hoc design and production tasks.About YouStrong understanding of knitwear design, construction, and technical packs.Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator for colour-ups and illustrations.Highly organised, able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and internal teams.A proactive, results-driven, and creative mindset with a positive and adaptable approach.In ReturnStaff clothing allowance.50% discount across Cue and Veronika Maine.Yearly wellness day.Breakfast bar.Head Office flex policy.About UsStarted in ****, Cue Clothing Co. is a leading fashion retailer comprising two established brands, Cue and Veronika Maine.
