What will you do?
You will play a critical role in our business with responsibility for the leadership, management and coordination of our Workforce Australia Services team across multiple sites.
Responsibilities And Duties In This Role Include
Working with the Regional Manager to develop direction, strategic and business plans.
Manage the allocation of assets and resources to achieve operationsl and financial targets.
Recruit, on-board, train and coach staff including tailoring support to achieve objectives.
Develop and review individualised job plans to progress participants closer to the labour market.
Monitor and review participant's engagement, participation and progress in Employment Services System and company record database.
Who are you?
Skills And Experience We Are Looking For Include
Proven experience in an operational management role
Minimum of 2 years of Employment Services industry experience
High level verbal and written communication skills
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Business and financial acumen
Sound time management and organizational skills
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
