About the Role
* Our team is responsible for maintaining mechanical assets across the refinery, focusing on unplanned breakdowns or plant-limiting work. We troubleshoot problems, solve equipment failures, improve reliability, identify defects and provide feedback to ensure asset performance health. Our work includes confined space working heights activities and requires autonomous reliable maintenance teams to maintain assets in a safe reliable condition while identifying implementing improvement initiatives across various disciplines organisation promoting HSE opportunities to improve equipment processes behaviours flexible adaptable changing business needs.
