Agribusiness Relationship Manager
Bendigo Bank is seeking an experienced Agribusiness Relationship Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing deep customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving profitable growth for the local area.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop win-win solutions for customers while maintaining awareness of Bendigo Bank's growth targets.
* Work with stakeholders to identify and implement engagement plans to achieve successful outcomes.
* Meet team sales targets and convert referrals to drive results.
* Mentor and grow the skills of colleagues across the region.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance, or related discipline.
* Ability to undertake travel and possession of a current C-class driver licence.
