Information Technology Services (ITS) Full-time, fixed term position for up to 3 years Base salary will be in the range $132,647 - $140,276 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 9) Based at our St Lucia location About This Opportunity The Project Manager Campus Network is responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery and management of transformative IT Network projects and initiatives, which are aligned with, and fundamental for, the successful deployment of the University Technology Master plan. This role encompasses leading project outcomes across all aspects of the project life-cycle, including project initiation and planning, developing processes to monitor and evaluate the project, managing project deliverables and communication, facilitating stakeholder engagements, coordinating procurement and contract negotiations, and supporting project reporting requirements. Key responsibilities will include: Develop, design, and deliver initiatives, including scoping, impact assessments, financial analysis, and procurement. Lead end-to-end project management activities, ensuring effective planning, governance, documentation, and reporting. Engage and manage stakeholders and vendors, developing communication and engagement plans to support delivery. Support change management by preparing business units for adoption and producing clear, targeted communications. Extensive experience applying project management methodologies such as PMBOK and PRINCE2 in enterprise environments. Proven track record in delivering large-scale strategic IT or IT infrastructure projects, particularly in network and communications domains. Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across all levels. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and on budget within complex organisational settings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including influencing and negotiation capabilities. Experience leading and managing small project teams. Knowledge of enterprise network and communications solutions and/or the higher education environment.
