About the role
Assist our Customer / Sales team to be more productive, work more effectively, and deliver better service to their customers. You will support the Account Managers by actioning inbound enquiries, supporting sales transactions through the full deal cycle, and handling internal and external customer enquiries.
Day-to-day you will :
1. Provide peer support and on-the-job guidance to less experienced team members.
2. Build cross-Practice and cross-Function collaboration across CyberCX, continuously seeking ways to add value. Facilitate communication, partnerships, and knowledge sharing to enhance customer engagement and service.
3. Implement processes that improve effectiveness and drive customer outcomes.
4. Assist in maintaining and updating the Customer Operations Manual detailing policies and procedures for the team.
5. Keep the sales database current with relevant information and interactions.
6. Support internal stakeholders with sales transactions, including quoting, ordering, fulfilling, and invoicing.
7. Address customer issues promptly and accurately.
8. Proactively prepare information to drive new and renewal business opportunities.
About You
You are customer-obsessed and a self-starter; you go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results and experiences for customers.
* Possess a tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a similar field (preferred).
* Have training in sales methodologies (preferred).
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales operations, ideally within cyber security, technology, or professional services industries.
* Capable of managing new business, renewals, alterations, and cancellations with high customer service standards.
* Experience supporting the production of tenders, bids, and sales-related documents.
