Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health and well-being, identifying their individual care needs
* Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while monitoring for side effects and effectiveness
* Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
* Educate residents and their families about health management and available resources
* Stay informed about best practices in aged care and comply with regulatory standards
Requirements
* Registered Nurse (RN) qualification and current nursing license
* Experience in aged care nursing or a similar healthcare setting is highly desirable
* Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
* Compassionate nature and a passion for improving the lives of elderly individuals
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in aged care
