**The Job**:
Reporting to the Collections Manager, you'll have the following responsibilities:
- Collecting overdue asset finance accounts up to 30 days in arrears.
- Supporting clients throughout the recovery process, collaborating with them to find mutually beneficial solutions.
- Handling inbound calls regarding overdue account inquiries.
- Communicating with internal and external parties to resolve customer queries.
- Assessing clients for financial assistance and working closely with the hardship team as needed.
- Helping customers understand their financial commitments to prevent future arrears.
- Working toward achievable team KPIs and targets.

**You**:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Minimum of 12 months of collections experience.
- Preferably, experience in the asset finance industry.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a compassionate yet results-focused nature.
- The ability to build customer-centric relationships with a soft approach to collections.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, considerate, and professional environment.
