Job Opportunity: TBM Mechanical Supervisor
As a TBM Mechanical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of underground tunnelling projects. Key responsibilities include planning and organizing site operations to achieve compliance with construction programs, attaining safety, cost, time, quality, environmental, and community targets.
You will be responsible for assembling, commissioning, and maintaining equipment, managing daily mechanical operation and maintenance of the Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) and associated equipment. Additionally, you will oversee planned maintenance for all mechanical equipment, develop specifications for production, and collaborate with the Mechanical Manager on TBM and related equipment installation and testing.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical TBM Supervisor in tunnels/underground/heavy civil construction projects or similar, hold tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related field, possess extensive TBM experience, and demonstrate expertise in delivering health, safety, quality, and environmental outcomes.
