We are currently looking for a positive, enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team. The role will involve varied cleaning and housekeeping duties throughout the company, some of which will occur after hours to avoid disruption to other work activities.
Reporting to the Office Team Leader, you will provide a high level of service to the company and its clients, and ensure that you operate within our best practice standards, helping the company to become the industry leader in its field.
Key responsibilites for this role will include but are not limited to:
- Mopping, sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming. Offices, showrooms, staff amenities, some company vehicles
- Maintaining amenity stock and cleaning supplies.
- Spot cleaning, Routine inspection and maintenance activities including periodic heavier cleaning and special projects
- Washroom cleaning
- Cleaning of all touch points (desks, taps, bubblers, handrails, door handles, bathrooms etc.)
- Laundry
- Notifying management of occurring deficiencies and repairs
- Cooperating with other staff and teams - working around certain times
- Locking, arming and securing buildings and carparks when required
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Following health and safety regulations
- Must be an Australian Citizen or have permanent residency
- Current drivers license
- Having a friendly disposition and the ability to respond to reactive and proactive cleaning requirements quickly and efficiently
- Prior commercial cleaning experience essential
- Good problem solving skills
- Good communication and time management skills.

This is a permanent, position (5/2) 6-7 hours per day overtime if required, Start times can be negotiated.

**Salary**: $20.83 - $32.00 per hour
