* Promoting health, safety, environmental, and community policies and procedures
* Leading a participatory ergonomics program—conducting ergonomic assessments and documenting outcomes
* Supporting occupational injury management, including work capacity assessments
* Contributing to the development of job demands analyses
* Delivering engaging presentations to employees and contractors
Requirements
To succeed in this opportunity, you will ideally have:
* A recent or near completed Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy / Physiotherapy, within the last 12 months or due for completion by 2026
* A strong commitment to safety and well-being
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels
* A motivated approach to managing workload and priorities
* Initiative and a growth mindset, with a passion for learning and improvement
* The ability to meet deadlines consistently in a dynamic environment

This role is based in Gladstone, a coastal town in Central Queensland, home to around 64,000 residents.
