Office Manager (Admin, Accounts & Marketing)
Perth – North of the River | Part-Time 25 to 30 Hours per Week– Flexible
Malaga Metal Industries is a growing WA-based metal fabrication business known for quality workmanship, innovation and reliability. As we expand and launch new product lines, we're seeking a proactive, organised and creative Office All-Rounder to join our team.
Working closely with the Managing Director, this hands-on role sits at the heart of the business- keeping the office running smoothly, supporting sales and production, and bringing our brand to life through marketing and content creation.

What You'll Be Doing
Finance & Bookkeeping
* Accounts payable & receivable (creditors, debtors)
* Bank and account reconciliations
* Invoicing, purchase orders and expense processing
* Accurate data entry and record keeping (MYOB and WorkGuru)
Office Administration
* Data entry of quotes, job and project information (WorkGuru)
* Maintaining project files, spreadsheets and databases
* Supporting day-to-day office operations and workflows
* Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal team members
* Support general office and administrative duties
Marketing & Content Creation
* Managing and posting across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business)
* Create engaging on-brand content (Canva experience preferred)
* Helping grow our brand presence and inbound leads
About You
You're someone who enjoys being the go-to person, takes initiative, and thrives in a small, professional team environment.
You'll ideally bring:
* 2+ years' experience in office administration or a similar all-rounder role
* Experience with bookkeeping and accounting software (MYOB preferred)
* Strong data entry skills with attention to detail, WorkGuru, or similar workflow software experience is a plus, but not essential
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Experience with Canva and social media platforms
* WordPress experience (or willingness to learn)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, organised and can-do attitude
* Able to balance creative work with operational duties
* Comfortable managing customer enquiries and supplier relationships
Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, trades or construction is highly regarded but not essential.
