We're looking for a senior, customer-facing professional with a strong mix of technical software background, leadership capability, and commercial confidence.
This role is ideal for someone who comes from an energy, product, or technical solutions background and is confident working across teams, customers, and delivery.
In this role, you will:
* Lead and manage both the Business Analyst and Product teams
* Drive planning and delivery
* Work closely with customers in a highly visible, client-facing role
* Support solutions in the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) space
We're looking for someone who brings:
* Experience in energy / battery / BESS
* A strong technical background (Scripting), with the ability to understand scripting
* Proven experience managing teams
* Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
* The credibility and confidence of a senior professional
