Job Title: Case Manager Specialist
Senior Case Manager is responsible for managing cases involving children, young people, and their families.

About the Role:
The Senior Case Manager will be responsible for mentoring new and existing staff to develop their skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
* Awareness and appreciation of Aboriginal societies and cultures are essential for this role.
* The Senior Case Manager must have an understanding of the Aboriginal Kinship and KITH system.
* Experience working and engaging with Aboriginal families and children is required.
* The ability to advocate for Aboriginal children and communicate in a culturally appropriate and respectful way is necessary.
* Demonstrated experience or knowledge in child, youth, and family welfare is also required.
