We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Finance Lead to drive the successful implementation and optimisation of SAP Finance (FI/CO) solutions.
This role will be pivotal in ensuring the alignment of SAP Finance functionalities with business needs, delivering process improvements, and providing expert leadership in financial system integration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the design, implementation, and enhancement of SAP FI/CO solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP functionalities.
Ensure the successful integration of SAP Finance modules with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
Provide strategic guidance on SAP best practices and process improvements.
Lead and mentor a team of SAP Finance consultants and analysts.
Drive change management initiatives and user training programs to maximize adoption.
Manage and resolve complex financial system issues and enhancements.
Work closely with IT and finance teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.
Key Requirements
Extensive experience as an SAP Finance Lead or Senior Consultant in SAP FI/CO modules.
Strong understanding of financial processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
Proven track record of leading SAP Finance projects from design to implementation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in system integration, data migration, and reporting solutions.
SAP certification in FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
