The opportunity
Fortress Collision Repair Services is opening a new site in Burleigh and is looking for a Parts Manager to help build the location from the ground up.
This role goes beyond ordering parts – you will play a key part of the repair journey, ensuring production runs efficiently and parts are available to meet repair schedules.
What you'll be doing
* Manage end-to-end parts procurement and distribution
* Ensure parts are available to meet repair schedules
* Handle credits, returns and supplier relationships
* Support production teams to minimise delays
* Participate in production meetings
* Maintain accurate records in iBody / Parts Check
What we're looking for
* Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Problem solver who takes ownership and gets things done
* Experience in parts, automotive or collision repair highly regarded
* Experience with iBody, PartsCheck or similar systems advantageous
* Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a growing team
