We are seeking a seasoned Rail Technical Leader to spearhead the development of our rolling stock capability in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.

About the Role:
* To lead our rolling stock capability, providing advisory-level technical leadership on complex rail projects;
* To develop and grow a talented team, mentoring and guiding individuals to achieve excellence;
* To collaborate with senior clients to influence early-stage decision-making, shaping fleet strategies, and providing independent technical guidance;
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in rolling stock expertise across passenger, freight or heavy haul environments. They must possess deep knowledge of train design, fleet procurement, asset lifecycle management,
a strong track record of delivering innovative solutions
, excellent communication skills & ability to influence at all levels.
A tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Elec/Electronics engineering discipline (Chartered status desirable).
