ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for You & All's Future Leader to manage our Carousel store. As Store Manager, you will cultivate a vibrant and positive team environment where customer service is a priority. You will drive the store's financial performance, meet budgets and targets, and promote strong leadership by providing effective training. Your responsibilities include daily in-store operations, visual merchandising management, clear in-store execution of business strategies, visions, values, and guidelines. You will continually improve the in-store experience, provide expert service, develop strong product knowledge, manage stock levels, maintain visual merchandising appeal, and own health and safety in the store. You will also assist the Regional Manager in preparing and managing staff rosters, controlling sales, stock, and expenses, and recruiting and retaining talent to nurture future leaders.
ABOUT YOU
You will be the leading ambassador of our brand, modelling You & All values: Customer‐Centric, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty, and Forever Evolving while having a genuine passion for mentoring others. You will be flexible to work a rotational weekend roster including late night trade, have solid experience in store management in a fast‐paced fashion retail environment, and be a high achiever in performance and sales. You should have strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships, and a passion for fashion with strong visual merchandising and styling skills. You are ambitious to accelerate your career and not afraid to take on a new challenge.
