The opportunity:
Goodlife Health Clubs is known for offering inclusive, innovative, and fun group fitness options to its members. As a Group Fitness Instructor at our (insert name of club) club it will be your responsibility to lead "best in industry" group fitness classes, creating a welcoming environment where all members feel comfortable and can achieve their goals.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and accessible group fitness classes
* Ensure the well-being and safety of members
* Maintain consistent delivery of the class format
* Maximise class attendance through high-level execution
* Ensure studios are kept neat and tidy, with all equipment packed away
To be successful in this role you will need:
* GEL Certification or Cert III (or higher) in Fitness
* Registration with Fitness Australia
* First Aid and CPR certifications
* Industry recognised qualification in your field of practice
* Ability to engage with and motivate members
