The Opportunity
Role: We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Officer (Level 3) to support the Child Wellbeing Unit and the Safer Pathways program within Hunter New England. This role will provide critical administrative support including:
* Data remediation and entry
* Health roster support
* Ordering, invoicing, and financial administration
* Meeting support, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
* Correspondence management, diary coordination, and record-keeping
You will work independently while collaborating with similar roles across districts and the VAN network, contributing to efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
About You
You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment while maintaining accuracy. Key capabilities include:
* Proficiency in computer systems, electronic medical records, and office software
* Ability to support meetings through agenda preparation and minute-taking
* Strong customer service skills, including responding to telephone, email, and in-person enquiries
* Experience in financial and data reporting, record management, and general administrative support
