Join Our Team as an Entertainment Manager at Avolta

Position Overview:

We are looking for an
Entertainment Manager
to create unforgettable experiences for travelers at
Perth International Airport
, one of Australia's busiest international gateways. In this role, you'll design, coordinate, and deliver a vibrant entertainment program that brings energy and excitement to the airport, enhancing the passenger journey and driving engagement. Working closely with the Country Marketing Manager and aligned with global entertainment strategies, this is your chance to shape a dynamic program in a truly international setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Development

* Create and implement an innovative entertainment program aligned with the company's global standards.
* Ensure activities reflect brand values and contribute to customer satisfaction and sales growth.

2. Activity Planning

* Plan, schedule, and execute a diverse range of entertainment activities for passengers.
* Oversee performance calendars to meet sales and financial objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to integrate entertainment seamlessly into the overall store experience.

3. Team Leadership

* Recruit, train, and manage in-store performers delivering the entertainment program.
* Foster collaboration between entertainment staff and retail teams to maximize impact.

4. Budget & Vendor Management

* Develop and manage budgets for entertainment activities, ensuring cost efficiency.
* Negotiate and manage contracts with external performers, artists, and agencies.
* Maintain compliance with contractual obligations and nurture strong partner relationships.

5. Evaluation & Reporting

* Gather and analyze feedback from customers and staff to measure program success.
* Prepare regular reports highlighting performance, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

About you:

* Bachelor's degree in Theatre, Hospitality, or a related field.
* Previous experience as an entertainer or in entertainment management.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
