Job Title: Home Support Associate
As a Home Support Associate, you will provide essential care and support to our elderly consumers in their own homes. This role requires you to travel to people's homes, maintaining their home and gardens, including lawn mowing, pruning, weeding, and ad hoc cleaning duties.
This community-based role is suited to individuals who have a caring and compassionate nature, enjoy traveling to people's homes, and can work independently. To be successful, you will require previous experience in aged care or disability support and hold a minimum of a Certificate III in Individual Care (Ageing or Disability).

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining home and garden environments for elderly consumers;
* Providing in-home care in accordance with each consumer's care plan;
* Traveling to people's homes as required;

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in aged care or disability support;
* A minimum of a Certificate III in Individual Care (Ageing or Disability);
* A current First Aid Certificate and CPR certification.
