Key Responsibilities
* Manage sickness, absence reporting, and holiday tracking to support a positive workplace.
* Handle timesheets, expenses, and maintain comprehensive employee records.
* Uphold quality, health, safety, and environment (QHSE) standards.
* Facilitate supplier management reviews and keep records organized.
* Ensure financial transactions and WIP management are compliant.
* Create purchase orders, process invoicing, and support preventative maintenance initiatives.
* Assist with daily operations, team training, and relationship building with colleagues and clients.
* Contribute to the compilation of contract review packs and identify innovative solutions.
* Order materials, parts, and PPE with attention to detail.
About You
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proactive and adaptable problem-solving approach.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Experience with administrative systems; knowledge of contract terms, project management, and maintenance processes preferred.
* Familiarity with Simpro or Mysupplier is advantageous.
