About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the development and delivery of innovative training programs in Primary Health Care. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for students, focusing on their progress and success.
* Create and deliver effective teaching and learning strategies, incorporating flexible and blended learning techniques.
* Maintain currency with industry practices, ensuring that your teaching methodologies and philosophies are up-to-date and relevant.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Designing and developing assessment tools and processes that meet industry skills standards.
* Participating in continuous improvement activities to enhance the quality of training and assessment provided.
* Developing effective working relationships with students, client groups, and staff through regular communication and collaboration.
* Ensuring that students adopt and practice accepted safety procedures and sustainability in the learning and assessment environment.
* Contribution to planning, design, development, implementation, and review of educational programs.
* Participation in relevant professional learning activities to develop and maintain currency of personal and professional skills, knowledge, and attitudes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed.
* HLT40221 Certificate IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care Practice, or higher qualification.
* Possession of one of the following training and assessment credentials: TAE40122 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, TAE50111 - Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, etc.
* Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided.
* Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that informs the training and assessment provided.
* Evidence of undertaking professional development in the fields of the knowledge and practice of vocational training, learning, and assessment.
