Role Overview Position Type: Full Time Permanent Start Date: TBC Location: Melbourne's West Suburbs Year Levels: Primary (Prep to Year 6) Salary: $78,564 to $118,063 FTE depending on experience and classification. POL allowances apply for leadership positions. Role Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across primary year levels in line with the Victorian Curriculum Create a nurturing, inclusive and values-driven classroom environment that supports the whole child Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and reporting in line with college requirements Build positive relationships with students, families and the broader school community Collaborate with primary faculty colleagues on curriculum planning, moderation and professional learning Contribute to the broader school community through pastoral care and co-curricular engagement About You You're a qualified teacher who: Holds or is eligible to obtain Australian/NZ Citizenship, PR or valid work rights (Working Holiday Visa holders encouraged to apply) Holds or is eligible to obtain Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration Has an updated resume and can provide at least two recent professional references Brings creativity and adaptability to lesson planning and delivery Maintains high expectations for student learning and wellbeing How to Get Started Are you ready to take the next step in your teaching career?
