Baracus Pty Ltd operates across two exciting industries — hospitality and exploration. Based in our West Perth office, we support a team of ~20 employees and multiple companies including TheViewonHannans in Kalgoorlie and Tambourah Metals a mining exploration company.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Reception / Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our business and provide vital support across reception, administration, HR and finance functions.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties: Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, manage mail and deliveries.
Office Administration: General admin support including filing, data entry, scheduling, travel bookings and office supplies.
Team Support: Provide assistance to Directors and colleagues across both the hospitality and exploration businesses.
Skills & Experience
Strong computer literacy and confidence with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Previous office or reception experience is desirable, but entry-level candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Professional phone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
